Submission of lease application and make contract

Submit guaranty deposit(10%)

Guaranty is needed to insure appointed places

Submit middle payment of 40% at the time contract is closed

3 months prior to starting day of lease

Pre-conference meeting 15 days before event start

Checking the food and beverage service, seating, equipment usage, event setting finalization

Step 06

Balance Payment

7 days prior to the starting date of the lease

Holding of the event
